CHARLESTON, W.Va. — West Virginia Education Association President Dale Lee says some of the education reform discussion that state lawmakers are going to do when their special session resumes should focus on middle school students.

West Virginia Board of Education members asked Wednesday about legal issues regarding rejecting orders that state lawmakers give them.

RONCEVERTE, W.Va. — Speaking in Greenbrier County Tuesday, Gov. Jim Justice said he believes all parties can agree to have a few pilot charter schools as part of an anticipated education reform package.
