PEIA is preparing to re-bid a Medicare prescription drug contract that covers about 50,000 people, a development that the agency’s director calls due diligence but that is activating alarm bells among labor organizations.

The contract winner could be named early next year, with the provider taking over Jan. 1, 2022.

Gov. Jim Justice on Wednesday backed healthy West Virginians “flooding” COVID-19 testing sites, saying it shows people want public schools open.

Math and science were never my strong suits. I did not really master basic math concepts until I took a course in new math for elementary school teachers to fulfill a core requirement for my undergraduate degree.
