Fayette schools hope to take big step with bond issue

FAYETTEVILLE, W.Va. — The Fayette County school system plans to seek the approval of nearly $39 million from voters June 13 in a school construction bond issue that was posted on the school system’s website Tuesday.
The total bond would be worth $66.5 million with $25.1 million coming from the state School Building Authority.
