WVEA Communications Staff

A reminder that early voting begins tomorrow, April 27, in West Virginia and runs through May 7. The primary election will be held statewide on Tuesday, May 10.

Both the general election in November and this primary election are crucial for the future of our state. Please be sure to vote!

Also remember that the primary election is the final election for non-partisan candidates for your local boards of education, circuit court judges and justices of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals.

Early voting is open during regular business hours at each county’s courthouse or courthouse annex. Early voting is also available each Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Still, you may want to contact your county clerk’s office to confirm early voting hours and locations.
