WVEA's Education Day Rally 
Thanks to everyone who braved the single digit temperatures and attended the 2008 Education Day Rally. The rally was moved indoors to the lower rotunda to escape the cold and wind. Rally participants were scattered throughout the Capitol discussing the issues of salary and retirement for all education employees.
